TSA baby pat down

Oh my – the TSA is in the news again but this time it is for patting down a baby! This time it happened at the Kansas City International Airport. Jacob Jester a pastor in Kansas City is the one who took what has know become known as the viral “poop bomb”. Mr. Jester was traveling out of the Kansas City airport and had already passed through security when he noticed the women behind him was traveling with a baby. Next thing he looks back again and sees the TSA patting down this eight-month-old baby from top to bottom. That is when Jacob shot the photo which you see the mother holding this baby up so that he can be screened. According to reports it seems like the stroller alarmed TSA agents to possible explosives but it all checked out fine.

As we all do when we see something funny or outrageous Mr. Jester took out his camera phone and took this now famous pic which he uploaded to twitter. He tweeted this “Just saw #tsa agents patting down a little baby at @KCIAAirport Pretty sure that’s extreme. Check the pic” and he included a link to this pic you see on the right.

With the safety of others at hand how do you feel Should babies ever be patted down?
This is a very cynical and strange world we live in – you would hope that someone would never use a baby as a weapon or to hurt others but where do we draw the line? How would you feel if this was your baby?

This is such a hard decision to make, should they or shouldn’t they? I mean, I guess if I was on the flight, I’d want the baby patted down…but if it was MY baby, no, I wouldn’t. It’s too bad that it’s come to this.
