Beautiful cookbook with amazing photos. One of my top resources in the kitchen. I recently changed our household to a mainly organic diet and trying to incorporate a meatless menu has not been easy till I got this cookbook. Some of our family favorites are Life’s Not Fair Blueberry Scones, Strawberry Mango Chickpea salad, Baked Oatmeal Squares, Pea Daddy’s Jamabalaya, Black Bean Burgers, and Peanut Butter Cookie Dough Balls! This cookbook has a special place on my counter – we hope you like it too.
