This week the words “Extreme Couponing” have been all over the news. The Today Show had a close up look on how this extreme couponing is done. Exerpt from the Today show “Hard-core couponers plot their grocery-store trips with the precision of military commanders and score hundreds of dollars’ worth of goods for as little as $5. They also get a surge of adrenaline that can be downright addicting. How do they do it?” There is a new series starting on TLC that profiles the lives of these extreme couponers and how they get it done. The two women that they interviewed started extreme couponing because of paycuts that were going to lower the income coming into their household. Find out how to get $1,100 worth of goods for $40 – that is crazy. Here are a few tips of where they find their coupons – they print coupons from online sources, the cut them from the sunday paper and they also keep up with local blogs.
