One of the nice things about Ramona Quimby is that it is actually a series so as you finish up one book you can continue reading about Ramona’s adventures in another one. Ramona does tend to have a “spirited” personality that gets her into trouble at times. This can be seen as highly entertaining for children and it will allow you a platform to talk about good behavior and bad behavior and making good decisions.

It’s also intricately illustrated, which helps keep kids entertained while reading it. And with most children’s books, there’s even a lesson to be learned.

This series of books teaches about history and family values. The whole series presents the information in a family friendly way that kids can understand. Many children are fascinated by Laura’s lack of toys and her corn cob doll.
