What is it that makes a toy more popular than others? Think about all that goes into making the perfect toy for the kids of today.
Toymakers have huge consumer groups that they pole and test. How would you get an idea for creating toys? I say ask kids and see what they like and dislike about toys and design something that works. I would watch for popular trends on tv and look at the ads in kids magazines?. What are supposed to be the hot movies of the season? Go to a toy store with kids of all different ages and see what gets everyone’s interest.
